Kartemquin and Media Process Group's acclaimed documentary A Good Man is now available on Amazon Instant Video. The film covers the acclaimed choreographer Bill T. Jones - recently a recipient of the National Medal of Arts - as he strives to create his most ambitious work, an original dance-theater piece in honor of Abraham Lincoln. The film is co-directed by Bob Hercules and Gordon Quinn, and aired on PBS American Masters in 2011. In a review on Queerty, the film was called "excellent and underseen." Basil Tsiokos also mentioned the VOD release, with his original 2011 review stating that "Hercules and Quinn’s deft approach results in a project that successfully conveys artistic vision, whether an individual audience member cares about dance or not."
