Kartemquin's award-winning film <a href="http://" _cke_saved_href="http://" www.milkingtherhino.org"="">Milking the Rhino</a></em> will be broadcast this Thursday, July 21 at 10pm on WTTW 11 Chicago PBS. The broadcast is the fifth film in the Kartemquin <a href="http://www.kartemquin.com/45" _cke_saved_href="http://www.kartemquin.com/45">45th anniversary</a> series by Chicago's premier public television station.
