Steve James' Australia Day

Australian fans of Kartemquin filmmaker Steve James will have an amazing chance to immerse themselves in his work on March 3rd. Steve James will be at the 2011 Adelaide Film Festival, where he will not only introduce the international premiere of the Sundance smash hit The Interrupters, but also attend a rare - and free - screening of the classic Hoop Dreams right afterward. Directly before this epic double bill, Steve will be in conversation with acclaimed filmmaker Peter Wintonick (Manufacturing Consent: Noam Chomsky and the Media) as part of the 2011 Australian International Documentary Conference.
