#KTQ50: Watch What's Happening at Local 70? for free all week

In 2016, several organizations in Chicago and around the country will host a series of screenings and events to celebrate Kartemquin’s 50th anniversary. We also invite you to watch all our films for free, week by week, at http://watch.kartemquin.com.

From today until next Friday, April 8th, the free KTQ50 film is What's Happening at Local 70? (1975).

Amnesty International Human Rights Arts Festival to showcase Kartemquin films

Kartemquin Films will share a collection of activist documentaries, including Labor Stories, Taylor Chain I & II, Golub: Late Works are the Catastrophes, and new 2010 feature Prisoner of her Past, at the first ever Amnesty International Human Rights Art Festival in Silver Spring, Maryland during April 23-25th 2010.

Historic Kartemquin labor films now on DVD

Kartemquin Films and Facets are proud of the recent Labor Stories DVD release. The DVD contains Kartemquin classics, What's Happening at Local 70?, UE Wells and HSA Strike, in addition to a collective booklet with information about the works.
