Chicago Sun-Times columnist Carol Marin and Chicago Tonight's Phil Ponce will host the segment, which is produced by Emmy winner Jay Shefsky.

Carol Marin will talk with Ameena Matthews, Eddie Bocanegra, and Cobe Williams about CeaseFire and violence intervention. Then, Phil Ponce talks to former Chicago police superintendent Jody Weis and CeaseFire leader Tio Hardiman about CeaseFire’s relationship with the police. Ponce will also talk to Kartemquin Films producer/director Steve James (Hoop Dreams) and author-turned-producer Alex Kotlowitz (There Are No Children Here) about the making of The Interrupters and about the film’s impact on the community.
