Google Chicago will be hosting a screening and discussion of The Interrupters, Kartemquin's award-winning feature about gang violence prevention and the gripping stories of three CeaseFire violence interrupters on the job in Chicago. The film begins at 6 PM and will be followed by a panel discussion featuring Zak Piper (producer and sound operator), Cobe Williams (CeaseFire violence interrupter), and Tracy Swartz (RedEye reporter for The Chicago Tribune).
